Think of it as gentle interval training to help exercise your ability to focus. Enjoy these hour long classes to help grow that mental acuity.  

We’ll move through a lovingly demanding mini flow, take a break, do it again, and one final time. This cyclical nature of the class will help us practice that intense focus 3 times over in each class.
