Need a quick core fix? Check out 7, 15, or even 30 minute classes that all target your abs. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids afterwards.

Please note... The longer the class more intense things are. It is highly encouraged to start with the 7 minute class first, revisit it a few times, and THEN move on to the 15 minute class. Be warned, the final 30 minute class is very intense.
